Job Purpose


We are looking for a Class 2 driver to work with an experiences Oil Collection operative as part of a 2 man team, collecting waste oil from customers around the area and delivering to our site in Ipswich.

This position would be ideal for a newly qualified Class 2 driver who is looking to get experience and driving hours under their belt.


Main Tasks and responsibilities

  • Driving a C2 Oil Tanker
  • Daily defect reporting
  • Maintaining vehicles
  • Adhering to company Health & Safety policy and procedures
  • Representing the company in a professional manner
  • Dealing with the public

Role requirements

  • Able to engage with colleagues and customers, and demonstrate a positive approach to customer service
  • Maintain resilience in a demanding role
  • Must be fit & healthy as manual work is involved.
  • Be a reliable team worker
  • No previous oil collection experience necessary, all training will be given

Licences / Qualifications

  • HGV Class C (Class 2) Licence
  • Required

Hours of work

  • Standard hours: 48 hours, Monday to Friday
