    **Job Description**

    We are looking for a motivated and skilled M&E Asset Services Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating and managing our asset management platform with various CAFM systems, conducting surveys in occupied environments, and managing vital data to optimise facility performance for our varied client base.

    **Key Responsibilities**

    Integrate and manage the asset management platform, captured information and enable compatibility with varied CAFM systems.

    Capture and analyse rich asset data for better management, decision-making; and facilities management practices to be adopted by our clients.

    Not limited to: Accurate location, serial numbers, condition reporting, QR code labelling and sequential tagging of equipment.

    Customise data to our client's needs to enable integration into CAFM system.

    Identify and implement energy-saving opportunities for enhanced energy efficiency.

    **Skills and Qualifications**

    Proven understanding of FM M&E asset management.

    Proficient with software/APPs relevant to facility and asset management.

    Experience in surveying within occupied commercial or stadia environments.

    Ability to manage and interpret important data from existing surveys effectively.

    Knowledge of PPM regimes in alignment with SFG20 or similar standards.

    Familiarity with CAFM platforms.

    Competence in live energy monitoring and digitised FM processes.

    Experience in machine learning algorithm tailoring is advantageous.

    Understanding of Scope 1, 2, and 3 compliance and improvement strategies.

    Commitment to building sustainability and energy efficiency.

    **Education**

    A degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field, advantageous but not essential.

    Additional certifications in M&E, sustainability, or facility management systems are a plus.

    **Experience**

    A minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E asset management within the FM industry.
