    Fresh Food Pub seeking Chef de Partie
    Fresh Food Operation serving Pub Classics
    £12.50 an hour + Tips
    Based on 45 hours a week = £29,250
    Central Bakewell

    This pub offers fresh pub classics. This pub is set in a beautiful part of the Peak District in Bakewell. My client is looking to recruit a chef de partie to assist the running of this kitchen – The Candidate must have a solid Fresh Food background ideally pub and be an existing Chef de Partie

    You must be passionate about food and shows some flair and imagination. This pub has quickly gained an excellent reputation in the local area and are they can produce food for around 100/200 covers on an average service.

    The establishment will use all local suppliers and is very proud of this fact. To re literate this fact they will produce a daily blackboard menu which utilities the best produce available depending on availability and seasonality.

    This pub offers fresh quality homemade food during the week & weekend producing daily specials also.

    Chef de Partie skills required:

    Fresh food background
    Right attitude
    Passion for food
    Must be able to run the kitchen in chef's absence
    Must be hands on
    Have flair and passion
