    Experience Required:

    Success in senior-level procurement management.

    Demonstrated negotiation skills in collaborative projects.

    Track record of achieving project success within multi-disciplinary environments.

    Ability to work in political settings and foster cooperative relationships.

    The post will normally work remotely, and they will only be required to travel to OAS for specific meetings as required by the procurement programme. On some occasions, this may be every day in a working week, but approx % of their time will be remote.
