About the role:
We are looking for a
Project Co-ordinator to support our Project Team in the smooth delivery of onsite registration services for event delegates, offering a professional and first-class service to both internal and external clients.
You will have excellent customer service and great communication skills, a good understanding of databases and spreadsheets, have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and have the confidence to liaise with event delegates, as well as multiple stakeholders across the business.
As a Project Coordinator, you will:
- Carry out the administration and processing for event delegates, ensuring that client expectations are always met (both in the UK and overseas)
- Be responsible for all project mailboxes, incoming queries, and calls.
- Maintain a high standard of general knowledge across all Programmes/Services provided to the client
- Maintain webbased content to a high standard in accordance with programme requirements
- Accurately input relevant delegate data to ensure the event system is kept updated
- Negotiate with suppliers
You're good at:
- Proven customer service experience
- MS Office skills including Excel, you will also have experience of databases
- Excellent communication skills along with a calm, proactive and collaborative approach
- Flexible and proactive approach to work, able to juggle multiple priorities and projects with resilience under pressure. Ability and willingness to adapt to changing requirements.
You might also have:
- Previous experience of using Cvent database or other registration platforms
- An event management degree

You should know:
- This is a
hybrid role that requires 3 days a week in our Fleet office - Our standard working hours are 9:00am 5:30pm with an hour break
- You must have the ability to travel within the UK and overseas
You must also have the right to work within the UK
