    Senior Account Manager: PR

    Founded in 2006, our client is a UK based telecommunications company who specialize in providing connectivity, cloud services, and network infrastructure solutions to businesses. Setting themselves apart from other ISPs, our client has built their own fiber network and owns the process end-to-end, giving them full control and responsibility over their network, delivery, infrastructure, and the whole customer experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Growing the customer base and increasing revenues via self-generated sales.
    • Working closely with marketing, network, CSM and the build teams to seek out and maximize all sale opportunities.
    • Building relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
    • Attending major conferences, networking events, and social calendar.
    • Driving a vertical specific sales plan to be the "Go to person for Enterprise, business grade connectivity in London".
    • Supporting management in contract development, customer negotiations, and product enhancements.
    • Generating new sales from customers.

    Qualifications:

    • Driven, hungry, and accountable nature.
    • Solid experience of working in a fast-paced B2B sales environment.
    • Hunter mentality to open up new opportunities at mid-market level.
    • Experience working with CRM systems and sales enablement tools, preferably Salesforce and Outreach.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision making with senior-level audiences.
    • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
    • Working to all sales KPIs both weekly and monthly.

    The Senior Account Manager will bring their expertise and previous client relationships to quickly become the go-to person within the organization when identifying and strategizing opportunities for business growth within a specified sector. Ideal candidates will have a strong network and a black book of contacts that they could bring with them to hit the ground running.
