Berry Recruitment Newport are currently seeking an enthusiastic Communications & Engagement officer to join a busy, friendly team in a wonderful organisation in Cardiff.

This is a contract role which will end on 30th September 2023, there is a possibility that other roles could be offered once this position has ended.

This is a full time hybrid role, working 3 x days in the office and 2 x days from home, totalling 37.5 hours per week.

Duties & responsibilities:

Supporting teams with general administration tasks
Monitoring social media accounts, including engagement of events & projects
Promoting & organising promotional events, engaging with participants and scheduling rooms
Taking notes during meetings, scheduling and gathering resource information
Assisting the team with campaign development, project support, coordinating high quality internal and external content
Updating the organisation's social media and websites with exciting projects and information
Open to learning new skills and the organisation's style of marketing
