    Meganexus has been a leader in rehabilitation ICT for more than ten years, aiming to support and enhance software that helps individuals in need to achieve better lives. The software is designed to prioritize each service user and is operational in over 120 prisons and NHS trusts.

    Our platform empowers frontline staff to focus on service delivery and personal interactions. Along with a library of curated digital content, it serves as a collaborative digital tool for service users, staff, and organizations.

    This exciting position offers an undergraduate/graduate or equivalently experienced individual an entry point to gain IT Service Desk support experience with a focus on continuous improvement.

    Job Overview:

    Key responsibilities:

    Your primary role will involve providing 1st line support to both existing and new customers, internally and externally. You will also contribute to the ongoing enhancement of services with guidance from the Head of Service Desk.

    • 1st line support for Virtual Campus and Community customers
    • Escalation to higher support levels and Project Management Leads
    • Telephone and ticket system support
    • Incident and request management in the Service Desk tool
    • Clear communication of incident updates
    • Promotion of Service Desk in customer interactions
    • Compliance with security and data protection standards
    • Handling ad hoc tasks within the service desk team

    There will be opportunities, with proper support and training, to:

    • Contribute to and maintain the knowledge base
    • Provide training
    • Support root cause analysis

    This role presents a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow in Service Desk Support within a growing small business.

    The Successful Candidate Will Have:
