FM Conway is currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Fitter to work within our Plant and Workshop Division based in Dartford. This is a full-time permanent role, which offers a competitive salary and wide range of benefits.
The duties of the HGV Fitter role will include:
Maintaining our large fleet of HGV & LGV vehicles
Completing of paperwork following any maintenance activities
Working as part of a team or remotely and adapting your skills to other areas when required
Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance to our HGV fleet
Working safely in compliance with risk assessments and method statements and being willing to challenge any unsafe practises
What skills and experience do you need?
We are looking for a professional and confident HGV Fitter , who has experience in mechanics. To be considered for this role you must have a full UK driving licence. HGV knowledge and experience is ideal however training will be provided to the right candidate subject to suitable LGV knowledge, experience and qualifications.
