Description

Duties:


  • Interact with customers in a professional manner to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend products or services that best suit them
  • Utilize excellent phone etiquette to handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Upsell products or services to enhance the customer experience

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in English is required
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,125.17 per year
