Customer Support Assistant - Liverpool, United Kingdom - CHANNEL ALT LTD
Description
Duties:
- Interact with customers in a professional manner to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer needs and recommend products or services that best suit them
- Utilize excellent phone etiquette to handle inbound and outbound calls
- Upsell products or services to enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is required
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Job Types:

Pay:
From £25,125.17 per year
