The Role:

Following a highly successful period of growth in 2021/22 our client has created the need for a new team leader to come into their sales-lead generation team.

The company has a high performing team of up-and-coming SDR's who canbe evolved further by someone who can train, coach, monitor and drive their performance.

The successful recruit will have direct line management responsibility for the current team of 6 SDR's and will grow that team in the future.

4 of these people are basedin the UK and 2 are remote in N.America. The role suits a people-manager who is confident in their ability and excited to lead teams.

They use market wide analytics and unique data points gathered through their own work to consult and execute on cost reduction within their client base.

Our customertargets everyone from technology companies to financial services businesses and can show reductions of 30% in SaaS expenditure when partnering with them.

Backed in 2021 to the tune of $26m at Series A, the company is founded and run by two proven start-upleaders, who between them have built, scaled and exited 3 tech companies in the last 10 years.

As such the companies offer of share options for the successful recruit should be a significant carrot for any applicant considering the role.

As SDR Manager your responsibilities will include:

Management a team of 6 SDRs
Recruiting into and growing this team
Coaching, guiding, and monitoring performance, whilst reporting to the VPS

For this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

8+ years of b2b sales experience
A minimum of 2 years in a team leadership or SDR Manager role
