We are looking for talented individuals interested in working as part of a lively team.
Key Responsibilities

  • Being able to deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers and to enjoy dealing with people
  • The ability to use a CRM system and tracker database to ensure all information is kept up to date
  • To enter exercise books and other jobs onto the database and ensure the information is current throughout the production process with great attention to detail
  • Tracking jobs throughout their progress
  • Providing proof assessment to exercise book jobs with very high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Updating the customer user information on the database daily
  • Ensuring the 'order tracking' information is up to date at all times
  • Sending jobs 'to print' using various software
  • Other tasks as required from time to timeSkills Knowledge and Expertise
  • Have a problem solving attitude, working the ability to work with other Account Managers to solve all types of queries, complaints and problems
