As Marketing Innovation Executive (known as a Fundraising Innovation Executive at Guide Dogs) you'll be working within an exciting and dynamic team to develop new marketing initiatives that can help to future-proof fundraising at Guide Dogs.

While no two days are ever the same, on a typical day you could be:

  • Developing new, insight-led fundraising propositions
  • Supporting with delivery of campaigns across marketing channels
  • Collaborating with internal teams, creators, and suppliers
  • Updating budgets and monitoring campaign performance
  • Finding innovative new ways to engage new donors


By supporting on the delivery of our innovation campaigns to develop new income streams, you'll be helping people with sight loss live the life they choose.

This is a hybrid role with flexibility in hours and working from home as well as the office.

Provisionally this role is 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, with 26 days paid holiday (excluding bank holidays) a year.

Essential

  • Understanding of direct marketing principles and techniques
  • Experience of working in a busy environment
  • Competent in Excel, Word and Microsoft Office
  • Very good organisation, communication and admin skills
  • Strong creative and analytical skills

Desirable

  • Experience of working within a Direct Marketing team
  • Experience of working with different teams and/or suppliers
  • Understanding of the charity sector
  • Understanding of direct marketing principles and techniques
