Do you have an ability to shape strategy, drive results and influence effectively?

Do you have the skills to manage staff, support trainee PWPs, deliver case management and improve services?

Do you have a passion for Improving Access to Psychological Therapies?


You will have the opportunity to work as part of the Talking Therapies Eastern Cheshire team, working with the service manager to support staff and deliver our IAPT service to the high standard.


As part of this role, you will supervise staff where necessary, ensuring people are supported and confident in their roles.

This will include facilitating line management and case management. You will also deliver case management to PWPs and lead on our Trainee PWP programme.

This post is fixed-term to cover maternity leave.

Interviews will take place at the beginning of May.
