What you need to know about the role
We are looking for a Structural Team Member on both days and shifts supporting fabrication and welding within our Teesside Beam Mill.
As part of a multi-disciplined team you will ensure the most effective engineering service is provided to our manufacturing customers.
Using your skills to achieve business objectives, you will react to engineering, quality and safety issues as they arise and utilise your knowledge, experience and skill to initiate corrective actions.

What we need to know about you
You
must be qualified to a minimum NVQ Level 3, or equivalent in a relevant mechanical trade
or have served a recognised apprenticeship*Ideally, you will have experience of mechanical maintenance within a commercial or heavy engineering environment, essential to the role is the ability to adapt to new equipment.
Knowledge of the steelmaking the process would be beneficial but is not essential, as extensive training will be provided.

£32,850.00-£35,040.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Middlesbrough, TS6 7RP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- structural maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant structural trade (required)
