- Serve as the development and technical contact for customer teams, leading product issue and crisis management efforts to minimise business impact.
- Utilise QMS data to monitor and review performance, taking appropriate action for improvement.
- 3 years minimum in fresh or prepped manufactures
- Experience with major retailers with account management
