Our client is a large firm of property agents located in the West Country.

They are currently seeking an experienced Residential Property Valuer to work on a full-time basis, based in their Bridgwater office with on target earnings of up to £37,000 pa.

This will suit an individual who is currently working in a similar role who wants to embark upon a career with a dynamic and sought-after Estate Agency.

Experience in valuing is essential.

A proven track record in residential property valuing as well as sales progression experience.

Excellent MS Office skills
Driver's license / Access to own vehicle.

The hours of work are Monday -Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm and one in three Saturdays 9am - 1pm. Salary is highly competitive but basic in the region of £22-24,000 and OTE £27-37,000 depending on experience.
