The Automotive Service Solutions division is responsible for diagnostic software, service training and information services. Our product portfolio includes Bosch original equipment, aftermarket products and services which are developed in-house.

The current Automotive Aftermarket division employs more than 17,000 associates located across 150 countries.


Job Description:

We are seeking a Tester to join our ever-growing team in the Bosch Manchester offices. As a Tester you will manage testing from the back end of the system. You will be responsible for tracking and ensuring that bugs are reported back to the software team. Collaborative working with the software development team to define test plans for new software will also be required.


The testing environment at Bosch Automotive Service Solutions is a mixture of automated test suites and manual end user testing.


As a Tester your duties will include:

  • Assist software developers to define test requirements
  • Extend existing automated test suites
  • Manual Testing and Automated Testing
  • Documenting and Reporting any software defects
  • Managing your own workload and working towards deadlines
  • Participating in Scrum meetings and raise issues to the development team

Qualifications:

If you have any of the below skills this would be advantageous:

  • ISTQB or ISEB Qualification
  • Experience or knowledge of working in an agile environment
  • Manual Testing experience
