About our Client
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a key client, who develops and implements automated protection systems. With 35 years on the market, they are leaders in what they do and have an impeccable reputation.

They are currently looking for an internal recruiter who can continue their employee growth by identifying, attracting and retaining the best, local talent

Manage the endtoend recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs.
Create job descriptions, plan interview processes.
Manage hiring manager's diaries and be confident in asking them for timely feedback.
Work with the inhouse Content Creator to attract talent through social media and events.
Maintain and provide accurate recruitment data based on activities and results.
Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment and headhunting.
Excellent communication skills.
Highly organised.
Results driven with the confidence and ability to work under pressure.

Package
- £26,500 basic salary
