- Independently manage a clinical caseload, focusing on orthopaedic patients.
- Liaise with referrers to discuss patient progress and future management.
- Develop tailored treatment plans, considering patients' wellbeing and risks.
- Contribute to service development projects and departmental strategies.
- Fulfill on-call duties based on business needs.
- Qualified physiotherapist registered with HCPC.
- Experience in managing clinical caseloads and confident in clinical reasoning.
- Collaborative team player across different hospital departments.
- Open to taking additional responsibilities to enhance excellence.
- Capable of making autonomous decisions confidently.
