    We are seeking positive, customer-focused individuals to provide an excellent standard of customer service to students, staff and visitors to the College at the Reception desk. You would deal effectively with all incoming telephone calls, operate the switchboard and log all visitors on the Visitor Management System. The role would also involve dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, taking payments from students during enrolment periods and carrying out general administration.

    You should possess excellent customer service skills, with experience gained in a customer-facing role, and be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people. The ability to remain positive and calm under pressure is also required, and experience of working with young people is desirable. These posts will primarily be based at Hayes; however you will be expected to work at either Uxbridge or Hayes Campus, depending on business needs.
