Associate Director
A leader in financial advisory and consulting looking for a
Associate Directorto help spearhead their Digital modernisation team.

You will have significant experience in delivering emerging tech into the Retail banking sector and as a result this oppportunity offers both excellent professional and financial incentives.

About the Role
As a
Associate Director you will be expected to carry out the following roles:

Advise and strategise with FTSE 250 cross sector clients on how they can use modern digital technologies to improve the functions of their business.
Lead on projects of all sizes from start to finish.

- plan and lead work streams or projects across varied and subsequent journey stages.

Lead in proposals for business development activities.

Ideal Criteria for a Associate Director:

You will have 3+ years experience as a manager or currently a senior manager.
Have extensive experience working in the retail banking sector/
Need to have done 500k+ of personal new business sales BD minimum in the last 12 months.
Track record of successfully working on large complex consulting engagements.
