About our client

We are partnering with a leading litigation investment fund which is looking to hire a Financial Analyst into their London office.

This position will work closely alongside the investment team and assist with regards to credit-based investments, adding quantitativeexpertise to the investment team to model returns and evaluate opportunities.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading litigation fund and grow along with the business.

What the job involves:

Upfront reviews of investment prospects alongside the Investment team
Proactive what if analysis and sensitivity analysis
Ensuring that outputs are interpreted in an intelligent manner that offers insight and takes account of the commercial context
Modelling returns
Analysis of competitors and competitive landscape including benchmarking, ongoing monitoring of investment performance against benchmarks/competitors
Adhoc analysis of business performance, results and forecasts

Who we are looking for:

Strong Excel modelling skills
Strong quantitative and problemsolving skills
Ability to selfreview
Analyses the deal without overcomplicating
Confidence when explaining model inputs and outputs internally and with prospective investees
Collaboration is a key part of the role, giving presentations and sharing information amongst peers
Make use of a wide variety of data sources to evaluate potential investments
