About our client
This is a super exciting specialist fund investing in sectors we all know and love. It invests in high growth companies, where its specialist knowledge can support and work closely with management teams.

With it's second fund secured, it's looking to thefuture by adding an Investment Manager to join the team to help execute it's fresh pot of capital.


What the job involves:


  • Running the deal execution process including due diligence, financial and investment modelling, market research, project management and legal documentation process
  • Managing deal pipeline through reporting and analysis
  • Working closely with portfolio management teams to ensure ongoing value creation and strategy implementation

Who we are looking for:


  • Experience within private equity, venture capital, M&A or transaction services
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interest in high growth investing
  • Ability to work with a high degree of independence
