    We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Caravan Maintenance/Handyperson to join our team at Lyons Holiday Parks . If you want to be part of a successful team who are multi skilled, quality obsessed, and you have a working knowledge to conduct maintenance, fault finding, and repairs across the fleet and sales portfolio then this is the role for you

    The role will be based across several of our holiday parks completing job tickets as required.

    Business

  • General repairs of structure, fixtures and fittings such as kitchen cupboards, sills, doors and frames; plumbing works such as fitting pipework and taps etc.
  • Conduct routine preventative maintenance
  • Adherence of policies and procedures including Health and Safety
  • Must be highly competent (and confident) in trade skills

  • Provide exceptional customer service and answer customer queries
  • Must be highly competent (and confident) in trade skills

  • Be qualified or have time served experience to complete necessary tasks

  • Support the company induction, including completion of mandatory safe and secure training.

  • Ensure all team have relevant qualifications and completed all training required for the role.
  • Complete all relevant administrative tasks including team rota's, job sheets, hours worked recorded, safety compliance checks and legislative compliance checks.
