Advise on a range of property disputes related to social landlord and housing management issues
Defend disrepair claims and statutory nuisance claims
Day to day management of a small team of paralegals and junior lawyers within the team
To be coming up to qualification as a solicitor or legal executive OR with up to 3 years litigation experience
Property litigation experience from your training contract or pre/post experience
Ideally social housing litigation experience, although this is not essential
