As Head of Sales (m/f/d), you will assume overall responsibility for the sales of our IT services.

You are the central interface between our sales team and our customers and make a significant contribution to the success of our company.

The development and implementation of strategic sales planning
Managing and motivating the sales team
Market observation and competitor analysis
Budget planning and control
You have a degree with a focus on business or IT or comparable training
You have excellent knowledge of the IT industry and have several years of experience in sales of IT services and managed services
You have strength in setting up, developing and managing sales units
You have a class B driving license
Fluent written and spoken German is a prerequisite - other languages are welcome
