    The Role

    As a Portfolio Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding their customer base. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Building relationships with customers and identifying new client areas through lead generation and prospecting.
    • Closing profitable deals across various customer groups.
    • Achieving sales and revenue growth targets.
    • Responding to quotation requests, tender enquiries, and negotiating to secure sales.
    • Maximising exposure of our products and services across targeted accounts.
    • Developing and implementing strategic account plans to increase market share.
    • Measuring and communicating progress against monthly targets through accurate reporting and forecasting.
    • Liaising with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure all sales activities align with company practices.
    • Attending training to enhance your knowledge and sales techniques.
    • Travelling to visit clients as required.

    To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

    • Literate and numerate to GCSE standard or equivalent.
    • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a customer service/sales role within the Lift Industry.
    • Computer literacy, including proficiency in all Microsoft programs.
    • Strong presentation skills.
    • Conflict resolution skills.
    • Ability to self-assess and take ownership of personal development.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Extremely organised and detail-oriented.
    • Superior customer care skills.
    • Positive attitude and openness to change.
    • Proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement.
