- Minimum of 1 year's experience in a customer service/sales role within the Lift Industry.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in all Microsoft programs.
- Strong presentation skills.

- Ability to self-assess and take ownership of personal development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
