We have a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Dentist in an exceptionally modern and forward-thinking practice close to Winkfield

This practice has exceptional clinical efficiency, high-calibre treatments and patients with strong oral health – a lucrative opportunity for private development and conversion.

We can offer you:

Part time availability – sociable working hours
1,000 UDA's per day per annum
£13-£14 per UDA
50% split on private work completed
Keen to promote and further develop your special interest areas of Dentistry - happy to design a bespoke clinic around you and your career
Can discuss zoning diaries to support private conversion and ethical upselling
Open to Foundation Dentist applicants looking for their first Associate role; Very supportive Manager and Team within the practice
High-volume Invisalign provider with additional benefits around this
Immediate start available but not essential

The Practice:

Very well-established Practice – Loyal patients and Busy books
Undertaken a full refurbishment- new surgery space to allocate- very modern
Tight-knit teams – exceptionally supportive and a fantastic social working environment
High volumes offered of: Invisalign, Implants, Oral Surgery, Cosmetic and Bonding
Shadowing and Mentoring opportunities available in Periodontics, Endodontics and Oral Surgery
Wants a pro-active team player who wants to establish themselves within practice
Clinical freedom and CPD encouraged
Fully Digital practice with R4 System, Itero Scanner and Hygienist Support
Efficient specialist referral pathways between practices in the area – Dentist with Special Interests- lots of private potential through this
