Recruitment Consultant


Salary: 25 to 30k DOE + monthly bonus

Non Sales Role


Location:
Head office Rotherham but required multi-site travel.


Hours: 40 per week - out of hours and on-call required as part of a team rota system

Working from home available as part of the role after completion of training.


Travel:
Multi site travel required within Yorkshire and Derbyshire - expenses for travel paid at 40p per mile


THE ROLE:


As a Recruitment Consultant at Staff365 you will control key accounts and clients with a requirement to exceed service level expectations and deliver the minimum performance standards in line with Service Level Agreements.

It is essential that you provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders working professionally and with integrity at all times including continual relationship development whilst also ensuring compliance to company policies and procedures.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducting inductions and return to work interviews with temporary workers

Act as main point of contact for key accounts and have viability across multi sites


Actively exceed all key performance indicators (KPI's) as defined by the business and the client service level agreements (SLA) in place, ensuring a continual improvement in client satisfaction scores whilst also increasing revenue year on year.


Effectively manage the relationship between all stakeholders, ensuring Temporary Workers and clients key decision makers perceive us to be the Agency of Choice providing a high calibre of service whilst completing regular and purposeful visits & service review visits.

Identify opportunities to improve service levels for clients and accounts.

Demonstrate the ability to maximise all potential recruitment opportunities within a client offering solutions across the all staffing spectrum including recruitment for permanent roles


Produce, maintain and execute operational plans, meeting notes and paper trails to ensure performance, audit and knowledge share is exceptional.

Producing weekly and monthly MI for the business and clients

Working closely with the sales team to help nature an develop new accounts


SKILLS
Ability to resource and match the right people for our clients

Complex ideas can be explained and presented with the ability to anticipate potential objections

Excellent customer service skills


Strong and diverse communication and interpersonal skills building business relationships and stakeholder engagement at all levels across a broad range of cultures projecting a positive demeanour at all times.

Develops trust and relationships.

Proficient IT Skills, working with all Microsoft packages

EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES

Previous experience in the Recruitment industry preferred but not essential

Demonstrated experience account management and/or customer services

Proven track record of delivering significant and sustainable business results / benefits.

Ability to be able to effectively multi task, adequately prioritise a busy and demanding workload and work towards and within deadlines

Full UK Driving Licence is essential as regular travel will be necessary

Tenacious with a positive can do attitude
