Lunar Freezing and Cold Storage Company Ltd.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Group Advisor to join our company.


The role is varied and interesting, working in partnership with site management teams to deliver HR service; to establish, maintain and improve people management practices, aligning company policies and processes and to ensure ethical and legal compliance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for any HR related queries
  • Support the recruitment process, including advertising, arranging interviews, coordinating the onboarding process
  • To provide advice to ensure company compliance with the employment law, company and industry standards
  • Coordinate health surveillance activities
  • Administration of HR records
  • Demonstrable experience operating at HR Advisor level
  • Previous HR experience ideally in a similar environment (food manufacturing, FMCG)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential
This is a permanent role.
