Recruitment Administrator

This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience and work in a great recruitment team


THE SALARY:

£26,000-£28,000 per annum - dependant on experience

HYBRID WORKING:

We operate a hybrid working environment for this role, meaning that you can spend part of your time working hours at home and/or part in the office at Gerrards Cross (SL9 7AP)


ROLE RESPONSIBILITES:


  • You will work closely and support our Resourcing Advisors in providing endtoend recruitment administration.
  • Responsible for updating the internal and external careers pages, posting and removing job adverts through our People System.
  • Add to and keep our resourcing trackers up to date with any new roles and any changes.
  • Support the Resourcing Advisor with recruiting methods, interview questions and guidance to managers on the most appropriate selection and testing methods available for a role.
  • Stay up to date with current recruiting methods and share any updates received with the team.
  • Support with early careers attraction by facilitating attendance at job fairs, careers events, schools and colleges where applicable.
  • Support with the building of talent pools for frequent vacancies and develop an understanding of internal succession and talent development.
  • Ensure all processes are maintained and followed within our People System and keep up to date with all system updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards to maintain a consistent approach

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:


  • Qualifications. A Level 2 in English & Maths desirable not essential
  • Communication. You will be a confident communicator and listener, caring but also capable of being firm in conversation.
  • People & Self Development. Approachable in nature with the ability to continuously make improvements relating to processes and procedures within our People System You will bring energy and passion to complete jobs to a high standard and have the enthusiasm to develop your skills and take on ad hoc project work whilst working collaboratively in a team environment.
