    Description
    Senior Planning Engineer - RC Frame

    Danny Sullivan group is working with a leading civil engineering company who is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Planning Engineer to join the growing team.

    This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects involving RC Frame construction, playing a key role in ensuring their successful delivery.

    Develop and maintain comprehensive construction schedules for RC Frame projects using Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software.
    Identify and mitigate potential project risks and proactively develop contingency plans.
    Collaborate with project engineers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure accurate work breakdown structures and resource allocation.
    Monitor project progress, identify variances from the schedule, and propose corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
    Participate in constructability reviews and provide planning input to optimize project efficiency.
    Contribute to the development and implementation of project communication plans.
    Maintain project documentation, including schedules, resource plans, and risk registers.
    Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction planning, preferably within a civil engineering environment.
    Proven experience using Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (desirable).
    Chartered Institute of Building) a plus.
