We are actively recruiting a Cook to join us at our setting based in the CM22 area.

This role compliments our existing growth and we are now looking for an experienced Cook to join our nursery on a Full Time Permanent basis.

Duties include, but not limited to:
To be responsible for the purchase of such food and associated goods.
Planning and preparation of fresh, balanced and nutritious meals for all children.
To keep weekly accounts of such expenditure.
Ensure that all individual dietary requirements are catered for.
To adhere to the Policies & Procedures of the Nursery.
To ensure that all relevant records are kept in line with Health and Safety.
To ensure that hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchen is of the highest standard.
To ensure that all foods are ready at the specified time and correctly served.
To ensure systems for stock rotation are implemented.
To ensure appropriate work wear is worn.
To wash-up crockery, cutlery and all equipment used to prepare meals when needed.
To be aware of COSHH and to follow relevant guidelines.
