What's the role?
As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination of utility services to Energy Services customers. You will working closely with statutory utilities and energy suppliers to ensure cost-effective utility connections within set deadlines.


The role involves the progression of all relevant administration tasks, including co-ordination/liaison with the customer and other members of the customers design team.


This is an ideal opportunity for someone to step into a department at the heart of SMS's plans to grow into all the above sectors.


Key responsibilities:


  • To work alongside a dedicated team to provide a quality service to clients, within necessary deadlines.


  • Data

  • Entry and maintenance of relevant project databases / spreadsheets.
  • Providing dayday administrative duties (filing, referencing, word processing etc).
  • Attending client meetings / site meetings as and when required.
  • Alongside the wider team, assess quotation costs and recommend the most effective solution.
  • Ensure finance, based activities are updated to enable invoicing being processed in a timely manner.
  • Completing and issuing utility updates to the customer.
  • Any other duties as required by the local management team.

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

  • GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
