    Candidate Duties

    • Promote products to local authorities, access key decision makers, in the NHS, and Healthcare professions
    • Chase, and follow up with key decision-makers, highlighting active product availability.
    • Research & identify market access opportunities in new countries, and map out pathways, market access trends/health policy changes, and continuously map reimbursement requirements. Anticipate access barriers, and Develop relevant PRMA strategies, ensuring meeting all client expectations
    • Writing and delivering client presentations
    • Prepare national pricing & reimbursement files and support listing negotiations.
    • Identify and engage possible consultants, source quotes, and recommend consultants to management.
    • Prepare market access briefs for sales team.
    • Work in close coordination with the VP, of Commercial Affairs to support new business development.
    • Manage relationships with KOLs, Patient and Professional Associations relevant to the role

    Requirements

    • Medical sales background
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or relevant solid experience, and 3- or 4-years' experience in consulting or pharma (Client-side), and Project management experience
    • Proven track record of strong performance
    • Experience in detailed medical work with hospitals, and healthcare practices. This will include A to B drug purchase management, from promotion, and securing clients, to liaising with healthcare practices, and hospitals to implement the usage of products.
    • APBI qualified

    Desirable experience

    • Master's degree in science/ health economics/commerce/law and/or demonstrable relevant experience.
    • Solid experience in industry-based market access of pharmaceuticals, including negotiations with payors.
    • Able to translate scientific evidence into compelling value argumentations
    • Highly analytical with excellent written and verbal skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted working relations both internally and externally.
    • Valid driver's licence.
