    Kenna Recruitment are immediately searching for a Procurement Administrator to join one of the UK's largest developer based in their stunning Head Office in Bishops Stortford

    Overview:
    The Procurement Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Procurement team with a range of administrative duties

    Key Tasks/Responsibilities:
    To prepare and populate cost comparison sheets for final approval.
    Respond to site and supplier inquiries about Group supplier & specification status and changes.

    Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, for potential late deliveries, and other problems.

    Prepare, maintain and review Procurement folder/files, reports.

    Issue PQQ's & SLA's, chase suppliers for missing info and save completed PQQ's & SLA's in to the Procurement folder.

    Assist with the procurement team's diary and email management. Arranging external/internal meetings with colleagues and suppliers/manufacturers.
    To maintain and update trackers/reports and issue internally and externally.
    To update new suppliers and manage the procurement folder located in the L drive.
    Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with both internal colleagues and external suppliers.


    What are we looking for:
    A minimum of 5 GCSE, Grade C and above including Maths and English or suitable equivalent.

    Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, create and edit spreadsheets Self-motivated and committed to deliver to a high standard.

    Analytical with exceptional numerical skills. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
    Data analysis of excel style dataStrong, Commercial astuteness and excellent communication skills (written verbal & listening)
