    Central Services Assistant

    The Opportunity:

    To work as part of the Business Support team, to provide a high quality and efficient full range of administration services to the firm.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Inputting and updating key information within the firms systems
    • Assisting with file opening and client onboarding tasks
    • Assisting with client billing and related admin tasks
    • Assisting with matter closures and archiving of electronic records
    • Raising and tracking purchase orders in line with set processes
    • Tracking supplier invoices for approval and checking these against purchase orders
    • Disbursement and invoice processing
    • Liaising with internal clients to manage deadlines and any subsequent queries related to tasks the team carry out
    • Coordination of appointment bookings with both internal and external parties
    • Any other duties commensurate with the post

    We have hubs in Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Leicester, London, Lincoln, Milton Keynes, Nottingham, Solihull, Stratford-upon-Avon and Sheffield. This role will be predominantly home based with travel as required into Birmingham or one of our other West Midlands hubs

    Our standard office hours are Monday – Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm. Due to the nature of this role candidates will need to be flexible in terms of working hours; in addition to our standard hours cover will be required during evenings and weekends.
