The role

This agency understands the key challenges clients face, whether it's rapid change and limited marketing budgets or the disconnect between sales and marketing, not to mention the aggressive competition.

They aim to be a source of help, knowledge and educationfor the sector.

With the support of skilled digital marketers, you'll take ownership of the paid media strategy and campaign delivery for their most important and exciting clients.

As the majority of partnerships are performance led, the paid media strategy and managementwithin those plans is one of the keys to their success.


Key to this role, will be forming effective paid search strategies for new clients, optimising live campaigns of current clients to improve conversion metrics across both Google Ads and Paid LinkedIn.

You'll take ownership of the paid elements of the digitalmarketing strategy of the agency - having a direct impact on the lead generation of the agency and development of the long term sales pipeline.

You'll also get involved in wider projects within the agency and help others by producing monthly and quarterly reports, and contribute to client marketing plans with your expert knowledge of paid media.

What we're looking for
We're looking at this in 2 ways.

It may suit a Senior Paid Executive looking to move into a role with managerial potential, or a PPC Manager from a larger agency looking to cut loose and have more impact in a smaller setting.


We also need someone that is happy to contribute to other projects and has a genuine interest in B2B marketing, scientific or industrial sectors, and can genuinely see the long-term potential of a role.

A passion for implementing your own strategy, as well as being a team player who thrives in a highly collaborative environment, as you'll get to team up with their amazing client services, design, content, and development teams for each client.

What's on offer

Depending on where you are in your career, a salary of between £30 - £38, % annual bonus, hybrid working, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, a settled culture based on trust, generous training and development budget, with regular catch ups to planpersonal objectives and manage your progress.
