Compliance Auditor, you will play a key role in protecting our assets, enforcing internal policies, and ensuring our compliance with legal and ethical requirements.

Your recommendations will enhance our compliance controls and contribute to the continued growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Group Compliance, your responsibilities will include:

Developing compliance auditing plans aimed at reducing non-compliance incidents;
Conducting, managing, and overseeing external and internal audits;
Compiling and presenting reports on audit results to our leadership;
Reviewing and analyzing the impact of new rules and policies on relevant activities;
Recommending and implementing changes to rectify noncompliant procedures and practices;
Analyzing and mitigating potential risks within the company;
Tracking reported compliance violations, formulating responses, and establishing remediation plans;
Completing daytoday compliance tasks such as maintaining proper documentation and generating reports; and
Assisting the Compliance team with various types of projects as needed.

What we need to see from you:

Bachelor's degree in law, accounting or finance
5+ years of experience in an auditing role, preferably within the software industry
Strong attention to detail, analytical, and statistical skills
Structured, independent and precise working manner
Good computer skills and familiarity with relevant auditing software
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Dedication to objectivity and commitment to uphold ethical values
Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications:

Compliancespecific qualifications like Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP)
Multilingual abilities
Strong business acumen
Willingness to go the extra mile and travel as necessary
