We are currently seeking a high-achieving Lettings Negotiator / Trainee Lettings Valuer to join our client who can offer all of this and more

Working hours:

As a Lettings Negotiator / Trainee Lettings Valuer you will be required to work Monday - Friday full time with just 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 1pm required to work

The successful Lettings Negotiator / Trainee Lettings Valuer will be offered:

Upto £25,000 Basic
Upto £29,000 OTE
22 days holiday + Bank holidays

Being enrolled onto a fullyfunded training course that will let you gain the ARLA qualification and also paid membership for ARLA

Lettings Negotiator / Trainee Lettings Valuer requirements:

Worked within the role previously.
The ability to deal with a fastpaced environment
Be able to work well with others but able to work on your own
Strong customer service skills

Personable
Full UK Driving Licence and car

As a Lettings Negotiator / Trainee Lettings Valuer, your role will involve:

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Have great knowledge of the current market
Booking viewings
Dealing with contracts
Conducting regular calls with Landlords to make sure they're up to date with their property report
Progression on to Trainee Lettings Valuer role
