Description
A large marketing client are currently recruiting for a temporary General Administrator's Clerk to join our newly recruited team based in here in Manchester.
The role will be on a temporary basis to support a department within the business due to an increase in workload.
We are looking for an extra pair of hands to support with a variety of administration tasks and to help with a backlog of work - the role is likely to be for a period of 6-7 weeks.
Typical duties for the role will include:
- Managing and routing office communications, letters and documents
- Preserving office records
- Gathering information
- Organizing/scheduling diaries
- Conducting employee orientation
- Updating office manuals
- Managing electronic and printed files
- Handling guests and clients
