- Collecting all contractual obligations, commercial & technical information
- Understand, review and communicate requirements to team members
- Establish clear ownership for project tasks
- Troubleshoot technical issues when the need arises
- Manage documentation
- Organise and attend FAT, site meetings and surveys with customer
- Follow ups during installation & commissioning stages with particuar focus on activities including Health & Safety.
- Degree or equivalent in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Project Management experience from electrical & controls automation background, preferably machine based
- Proficiency in MS Office & MS Project is essential
- Must be flexible for c25% travel throughout the UK – will be an occasion for overseas
- Team player with excellent communication skills who takes a confident, proactive and organised approach to work.
- In current role as a Project Manager, responsible for all aspects of Project Management throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring thoroughly understands, review and communicate project requirements to appropriate team members, and manage all stakeholder requirements accordingly
- Collecting and managing all contractual obligations, commercial & technical information
- Resource management; establishing clear ownership for project tasks, ensuring the correct resources are available during each stage of the project
- Engaging with the Engineering Teams to have the proper resources available, schedule and assigning all the project tasks according to the contractual obligations and customer's expectations
- Maintain effective communication and working relationships with customers and project team members
- Proactively communicate project status, issues & risks to stakeholder's, conducting regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholder's needs and requirements continuously in view
- Managing budgets and financial reporting to the business leadership team
- Monitor and control stage payments & costs that need to stay within contract obligations & budget limits
- Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.
- Planned upgrades of drives and controls of an effluent plant
- Marine aerosol conntol systems and switchgear systems
- Umbrealla PLC systems on off-shore windfarm
- Automated production linex within an ATEX environment
