Devon and Somerset
Our client is seeking a motivated and driven Litigation Lawyer with ideally 5 years' post qualification to join one of their offices working for their thriving West Country practice.
The successful candidate can expect to join a dynamic litigation team headed up by friendly and approachable Partners who are leading experts in their field.
With offices across Devon and Somerset, you can be based in either of their offices in Taunton, Crewkerne, Tiverton, Exeter, Honiton, or Exmouth.
You should be able demonstrate the ability to work independently, with a guideline of 5 years PQE preferred but open to varying levels of experience provided that you can manage your own case with minimal supervision. You can expect to handle a broad and varied civil litigation caseload including property disputes, landlord-tenant matters, contract disputes, commercial issues, and employment cases.
You'll be enthusiastic about business development and involvement in marketing, networking, and social events is encouraged.
This is a great opportunity to join a well-established collegiate practice that is very much in growth mode with some excellent growth plans for 2024.
