What our client can offer:


  • £450 - £500p/d INSIDE IR35
  • Flexible working - Remote working available but need to be able to commute to either Bristol or Chippenham (your choice), at least once a week
  • tInitial 3 months with potential for multiple extensions

The Opportunity:


  • Scaling Cyber Security Software Company based out of the South West, with multiple offices around Bristol and Chippenham. They are in the process of growing from 60 to 100 employees by the end of the year in which we're looking for a Project Resource Managerto come in and work on some exciting projects within the defence/government sector ?
  • The role will require you to come to the office at least once a week (project sensitivity reasons)

Key Experience & Role Responsibilities:


  • Experience as a Resource Manager, Workforce Manager or similar
  • SC Clearance or higher = ESSENTIAL
  • Previous consultancy/defence sector experience = highly desirable
  • Prioritise and coordinating of resource demands for multiple project teams, supporting change management process.
  • Manage the entire project resource plan
  • Onboarding and induction of new starters
  • Maintaining and updating organisational charts to represent staff and workforce cost management.
  • Liaising with end client and government departments
