Job DescriptionWe're looking for somebody that is extremely ambitious within their career and wants to make a difference to an amazing FinTech Startup.

They're looking for a Business Development Manager ̧ with a background in the Financial Services industry, to join them in this exciting journey, scaling the sales division.

Being the Business Development Manager, you will be initiating new Broker relationships to partner with the company and onboarding them.

The role of Business Development Manager involves:
Building new relationships with Brokers, that will promote your services.
Onboarding of new Broker relationships for the business.
Collaborating with them to generate new business opportunities.
Managing the underwriting process for leads passed to you.
Continuing to manage the relationships you've created.
Working closely with the SDR team to maximise revenue.

For the Business Development Manager role, you need:
Previous experience growing relationships with Brokers or similar.
Success within a similar role and liaising within the Finance world.
Knowledge of the FinTech world is advantageous but not essential.

As the Business Development Manager, you'll get:
Basic salary up to £40,000 per annum.

Realistic OTE of £50,000 per annum – however uncapped 3 days a week in the office – work at home every Friday.
