Our client, a leading international law firm, is looking for an excellent and dynamic lawyer to join its Tier 1 Corporate/M&A department.

The team needs top-notch corporate lawyers as the department is extremely busy with big-ticket mandates.

You will be focused on supporting a range of transactions with a deal value of circa £100m, offering excellent client-facing opportunities and being able to work closely with the partner.

The successful candidate will work on exciting, high-value transactions alongside industry-leading, highly-rated partners. They can also support the wider global team in multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will seek to develop in the role and eventually take on a leadership position in the firm.
