Focused Recruitment are currently seeking a number of Soldering Operators to work for a leading manufacturing company in the Cardiff area.

**Hours of work: **Days regular working 8:00am-4:30pm Monday - Thursday with an early finish on Fridays. Overtime also available & attendance bonuses paid.

Duties:

Soldering components to PCB's (soldering experience essential).
Assembly of product from component level through to finish product/ production build/sub assembly.
Dexterous assembly, assembling small components onto product.
Demonstrate ability to certify own work in line with company quality standards.
Carrying out quality checks on finished product.
Complete corresponding paperwork in line with testing product.
Function testing of product and ensuring high levels of quality and inspection.
Able to work to targets/production KPI's & production schedules.
Have previous assembly experience.
Soldering experience essential for this role.
Previous relevant manufacturing /production experience.
Knowledge of health and safety in the work place.
