Salary:
Up to £48,000 (dependant upon experience and shift) plus Veolia benefits.

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Days (Nights available 40 hours Mon-Thurs)

Supervision of specialist subcontractors

Carry out Risk Assessment of Equipment Maintenance Task List steps and ensure they are kept valid.

Participate in Audits of the Air Conditioning plant and follow up on actions.

Ownership of maintaining plant asset and F-gas register

Stand-by on call rota

Recognized trade qualification, City & Guilds Refrigeration and Air-conditioning or equivalent

Willingness to expand working knowledge into mechanical and electrical systems

Building Management Systems

Troubleshooting/repair of electrical systems, related mechanical experience a distinct advantage
