    As the Clinical Lead and a member of the wider management team, you will be responsible for providing the day-to-day clinical and operational management of the Primary Care health team across an integrated healthcare service, contributing to the strategic direction of the service.

    You will support your team to carry out comprehensive assessments, confidently communicating treatment options, and initiating supportive care plans, working with individuals on a 1-2-1 basis alongside the wider multi-disciplinary team.

    There will be an expectation for the post holder to lead/contribute to clinical and consumer audits. You'll be responsible to the Head of Healthcare, to ensure the management of the service meets its contractual obligations.


    As a Clinical Lead, you'll be an integral part of the healthcare team by bringing your top-notch skills, passion for care, and leadership.

    A driving licence is essential for this role.

    The role will include providing challenge, support, and mentorship at the point of delivery, drawing the best from our staff, and improving the quality of care for our services.

    To be successful in this role a recognised management qualification is essential.

    You'll receive an annual salary up to £54600 per annum - dependent on experience.

    2 year Golden Hello (£2,000 in Year 1 of service and £1,500 in Year 2 of service - conditions apply).

    What we'll look for in you

    The Mount prison originally opened in 1987 as a young offender's institution.

    It was designed as a Category C training prison built on the site of a former RAF station on the outskirts of Bovingdon village, Hertfordshire.
